MISSION STATEMENT
The Waimacircnalo Health Center is a communitybased nonprofit corporation dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people of Hawaii nei by providing ready access to primary and preventative holistic health services

VISION STATEMENT
WE ARE a communitybased health center by the people and for the people of Waimacircnalo The Waimacircnalo Health Center patients families and the Board of Directors who are from the community actively participate at all organizational levels through health center policy making and governance and direct communication with Health Center staff

WE SERVE all members of the community regardless of ability to pay with special attention to the needs of our Native Hawaiian medicallyunderserved and indigent populations striving to improve the health status of all members of our communities in a family oriented culturallysensitive innovative and costeffective manner

WE ARE on Hawaiis centers of excellence in primary and preventive health care We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services in primary care and community health applying principles of continuous quality improvement to ensure quality and best value

WE FISCALLY MANAGE our nonprofit organization in a responsible and costeffective manner collaborating with other health and human service organizations to assure that our patients and their families have access to available appropriate services

WE SHALL continually learn from and be held directly accountable to our patients and communities RESPECT AND CONFIDENTIALITY shall be maintained at all times

WE BELIEVE in a holistic approach to wellness that embraces those mental emotional physical cultural and spiritual aspects that promote attainment and maintenance of good health We hold a common vision of achieving and maintaining a healthy Waimacircnalo community and healthy employees by creating a safe and professional environment where the healing of mind body and spirit may best be facilitated in the embrace of ones family community and culture
