The 475bed Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center is a division of Provena Health the integrated health care delivery network formed by the merger of Franciscan Sisters Health Care Corporation ServantCor and Mercy Center for Health Care Services Provena Health includes six hospitals 13 longtermresidential facilities and over 40 clinics in Illinois and Indiana Provena Health is governed by a twelvemember Board of Directors Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center has a local 15member Board of Directors
