The New Horizons Medical Center will maintain a leadership position in efficiently providing quality medical care and health care services to the residents of Owen County and surrounding counties Services will meet identified community needs and shall be provided with the highest concern for our patients and their families These services shall be provided at the lowest possible cost The hospital will provide adequate facilities modern equipment a professionally trained staff and a qualified medical staff The health care services provided may include acute medical surgical inpatient outpatient emergency and long term care health education health screening wellness and rehabilitation All services will be provided without regard to race color creed religion sex age and disability social or economic status

The Hospital will generate sufficient financial resources to meet the operational needs of services provided and to strategically posture for capital needs technological advancements and delivery system enhancements The Hospital will serve as a responsible employer and participate in the economic and cultural development of the community
