Today Mitchell County Regional Health Center is a Critical Access Hospital with twentyfive beds Over the years many changes have taken place from changes to the physical plant in Osage to the formation of a Physician Hospital Organization PHO This partnership includes Mercy Medical Center North Iowa Mitchell County Memorial Hospital and clinics in Osage Riceville St Ansgar and Stacyville
