In addition to three outlying clinics in Curtis Engadine and Paradise we have dedicated Physicians Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants staffing our Gibson Family Health Center 10 hoursday 7 daysweek for sameday appointments and walkin services

Services include a stateoftheart laboratory and a state oftheart diagnostic imaging department including Helical CT nuclear Medicine ultrasound mammography radiographicfluroscopic equipment and DEXA scanning for bone density Additionally we have mobile MRI services and are affiliated with a mobile audiology lab Chemotherapy and IV infusions are administered on an outpatient basis by a full time specialty nurse

Helen Newberry Joy Hospital is JCAHO Accredited and provides a wide range of services as one of the most technologically advanced uptodate diagnostic centers in the Eastern Upper Peninsula

Surgical services are provided by a Board Certified surgeon and a number of surgical specialists that rotate through our specialty clinic including but not limited to orthopedic urology endoscopy oncology OBGyn ophthalmology podiatry laparoscopic and arthroscopic surgical needs Many other specialists also schedule appointments at our Specialty Clinic including but not limited to cardiology neurology ENT nephrology and audiology The Hospital also utilizes telehealth services Complete rehabilitation services are provided by Physical and Occupational Therapists Speech and Language Pathologists a Cardiac Rehab Nurse and a Certified Massage Therapist The Hospital also has a spcialized Spine amp Sport Clinic

Attached to the Hospital is the Luce County Annex 48 bed long term care unit with residents cared for by a dedicated team of nurses and aides
