Feb 9 Dr DB Zbinden delivers the first baby born at Garfield to Mrs C Harper cost 15

Dec 27 Garfield incorporates and has a 15member board of director who are shareholders
Mr RR Nehls acting as a trustee bought Garfield on behalf of 15 physicians who become the Board of Directors Each member owns an equal number of shares
