Waddesdon Surgery serves the whole of Waddesdon as well as its surrounding villages and the doctors see patients on fixed days at the village halls in Quainton and Grendon Underwood Our team includes four GPs two practice nurses a practice health care assistant as well as our practice manager and receptiondispensing staff We also have two community nurses a health visitor midwife counsellor and a health care assistant employed by the Primary Care Trust and attached to the practice

We offer a full general practice service and other specialist services as detailed below We also offer an onsite dispensing service at our main surgery to the majority of our patients

At Waddesdon Surgery we aim to treat all our patients promptly courteously and in complete confidence We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to so our practice staff wear a name badge and identify themselves on the telephone

If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us please bring in your NHS medical card or complete one of the registration forms that are available from our reception You will be given a new patient pack which will include an application form and a new patient questionnaire to complete along with a practice leaflet You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP but you can see whichever doctor you would prefer to As a newly registered patient you are invited to attend a new patient check with one of our practice nurses Please book with reception
