Fareham Community Hospital is an innovative new facility situated in Brook Lane Sarisbury which is in close proximity to Swanwick train station and not too far from Junction 9 of the M27 The new facility has four patient departments Therapies Assessment Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre ATRC Outpatients and Diagnostic Imaging which all join the main waiting area and each have a waiting area of their own The Outpatients facility features general and acute specialties transferred from Sylvan Outpatients Clinic on the Coldeast site plus 30 of Fareham outpatient attendances previously seen at QA Hospital There will also be an Ante Natal service for patients who have been transferred from Fareham Health Centre

Available therapies will include physiotherapy transferred from the Hill Park Clinic and speech and language therapy transferred from Fareham Health Centre The new facility has 120 car park spaces some of which are for staff who are based at the Hospital and the rest of the spaces are pay and display There will be nine disabled spaces as well as parking facility for bicycles and motorcycles The Hospital is open from 8am 5pm Monday to Friday
