Welcome to The Armada Family Practice

Our clinical team includes 8 GPs 3 Nurse Practitioners a fully staffed Treatment Room District Nurses Health Visitors Midwives Speech Therapists Advanced Practitioner Nurse and a Community Nurse for Older People CNOP

We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery

At Whitchurch Health Centre we aim to treat all our patients promptly courteously and in complete confidence

If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us please complete our registration form that is also available from all our receptionists

On the form you will be able to say which practitioner you would prefer to see However you will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP

We are involved with the teaching of undergraduate medical students from the University of Bristol They value their time in General Practice enormously but patients are not obliged to be seen by the students and will always be asked for their permission
