Am 24 Januar 1924 wurde die CL AllemannStiftung errichtet Sie erwarb das Rigahaus an der Masanserstrasse in Chur und baute es im Laufe der Zeit zu einer Alterseinrichtung aus Das Rigahaus wurde zunaumlchst um das Hochhaus mit Alterswohnungen und spaumlter um das Alters und Pflegeheim erweitert Das Angebot an Wohnformen wurde 2003 durch die Pflegewohngruppe fuumlr an Demenz erkrankte Menschen ergaumlnzt Das derzeitige Seniorenzentrum ist nach zukunftsweisender Konzeption gebaut und sichert den Senioren durch unterschiedliche Betreuungs und Pflegeangebote ein selbstbestimmtes Leben
