To the great Guru Nanak who was an apostle of peace truth and universal brotherhood there could not be a better tribute on his 500 birthday than the decision to build a quotState of the Artquot Hospital amp Research Centre in the Metropolis of Bombay The ailing society and suffering mankind which Guru Nanak loved the most sorely need such facilities

The driving force behind this noble venture are the disciples of the great Guru spearheaded by the Shree Singh Sabha Bombay

n a city where the rapidly expanding population has reached the 10 million mark Medical facilities are woefully inadequate both in terms of quantity and quality The crying need of the hour is the settingup of Medical centers that combines excellence in treatment with a philanthropic and humanitarian approach so that they are accessible to people from all walks of life

To fulfil the dream Guru Nanak Quin Centenary Memorial Hospital Trust was formed The Trust has been progressively developing the Guru Nanak Medical Centre Bandra East Mumbai The Futuristic expansion plan visualise establishment of a Heart and Neuro Sciences Centre and Medical College In addition two free dispensaries one each at Dadar and Bandra in Mumbai and a Hospital at Nanded are being managed by the Trust
