The Three Corners Health Services Society TCHSS was established in March 2000 by the Canoe Creek Soda Creek and Williams Lake First Nations In 1997 the three member First Nations signed a funding agreement with Medical Services Branch Pacific West Region and Health Canada to begin a process of research planning and development in support of the goal of transferring responsibility for the delivery of community health services from the federal government to the Society

The three member First Nations of the TCHSS are members of the Northern Shuswap Tribal Council and have a combined onreserve population of approximately 800 members Canoe Creek Band includes the community of Dog Creek and Soda Creek Band includes the community of Deep Creek
