Since 1983 Royal Inland Hospital Foundation has committed to carrying on the tradition of raising funds for crucial patient care equipment students studying health sciences and other special programs that will help Royal Inland Hospital RIH and regional facilities provide the finest care possible for you your family and friends both now and in the future

RIH Foundation is essential to providing for the needs of our acute care Hospital Royal Inland and other regional health facilities in the Interior of British Columbia These essential needs are equipment items and things not necessarily funded by the government Each year the Foundation raises approximately 2 million for these needs

The Foundation seeks and fosters global funding relationships to make the hospitals work possible From international corporations to individuals with ties to many countries the Foundation is proud to have donors from many places and many cultures who make an investment to service our catchment area of over 225000 people and provide for the future of health care excellence for all of our patients

Through a wide range of fundraising events and opportunities donors of the Foundation come together with one goal in mind to improve the health and the lives of those who enter our health system in the interior each day
