The MMO is supported by a combination of state and federal funds private grants contributions and reimbursement for covered services from Medicaid Medicare and state categorical programs Many of our patients are uninsured and many of the critical services we provide such as substance abuse counseling and case management are not covered by third party payors We depend on donations and volunteers to make ends meet
