As of December 1 2010 we have reinvented redefined and recommitted our process and have introduced the NoWait Emergency Room at Saint JosephBerea to better serve Madison County Garrard County Estill County and surrounding areas

The concept behind a NoWait ER is to begin emergency care within five minutes of arrival The triage process begins at the door You are automatically seen by an ER nurse who is authorized to begin treatment according to your needs within the first five minutes

Physical and logistical changes have been made from the first step you take through the front door till the minute you leave the department
