History

Audiotechs predecessor companies were founded in the 1980s to provide hearing care and related services to individuals in several BC communities In 1997 management recognized the emergence of a tremendous opportunity to become an aggressive growth corporation of the highly fragmented hearing healthcare industry in North America A dynamic management team with more than 75 years of direct industry experience was assembled and Audiotechs predecessor companies were merged with a junior capital pool company on the Alberta Stock Exchange now part of the TSXV to gain access to public funding for expansion Audiotech has since agressively expanded its clinic network and now operates and manages one of the largest networks of hearing clinics in the Pacific Northwest British Columbia Alberta and Idaho

But this is only the beginning Audiotech plans to become one of North Americas largest suppliers of hearing healthcare services and is presently one of only a small handful of companies pursuing external growth through the acquisition and consolidation of hearing clinics on a significant scale in North America

completed the acquisition of the remaining 50 interest in Audiology and Hearing Aid Services Inc

completed acquisitions in Alberta launched ecommerce projects and opened a fullservice clinic in North Kamloops BC

opened satellite clinics in Revelstoke and Vanderhoof BC

1998
completed the acquisition of 7 hearing care clinics in BC and Alberta as well as the purchase of a 50 interest in Audiology and Hearing Aid Services Inc an operator of two clinics in Idaho
