Experts call this new Queensland hospital to be the modern hospital of the future The St Stephens Hospital is being built in Hervey Bay and will be the first hospital in country to have zero paper work

Everything will be computerized said people known to the matter In order to build the 96bed private hospital 875 million will be spent The hospital has been built by UnitingCare Health which also runs many other hospitals like Wesley Hospital

UnitingCare Health is waiting for the government approvals as the latter has been thinking to pass on a 47 million grant Richard Royle who is the executive director of UnitingCare Health said All medical records Xray and pathology results will be accessible by doctors and nurses anywhere in the hospital whether at the bedside or remotely on tablets mobile phones

It is said that the hospital will be open by August 2014 and will be one of the hospitals in the world which will be fully equipped with wireless technologies and safety of patients will their prime concern

Experts were of the view that the development of hospital will be bring a lot of opportunities for Australia and will take the facility of ehealth to another level
